We will do more than just remember those who have died for our country. We will support those who are still here, bearing the emotional and physical scars. We will help children who have lost a parent to thrive. We will help the families of our fallen heroes make ends meet. We will do more for those who have sacrificed everything.

At work

Make the most of your coffee and lunch breaks by selling biscuits, cakes, badges and wristbands to raise money for Legacy. Your company could also host an online donation page in support of Legacy and ask staff and customers to contribute.

At school

If you’re already holding a special assembly to commemorate Remembrance Day, you could organise a collection for Legacy and sell refreshments, badges and wristbands as part of it. Need a speaker for your event? We may be able to help with that too.

On your own

….but not alone.  Run, walk, swim, cycle or climb. Sign up today to get a free fundraising pack and access to our event hub, and then reach out to your family, friends and work colleagues for support and sponsorship.

“My whole world had changed in an instant and I had no idea how I was going to cope.”

Donna was just 25 when her husband Jeff was killed in action. She had a two-year-old son, a new baby on the way, and for the first time in her married life she was truly alone.

Legacy stepped in to ensure that Donna could cope both financially and emotionally. By simply being there in her time of need, we provided her and her young family with both reassurance and security.
